I’m planning a party for work with about 40 people in Perth WA? Any ideas for restaurants/cafes?

planning Hitchhiker Guide to the Galaxy Birthday party for 42 year old male. Need ideas Help please.?
My boyfriend will be turning 42 this year and he is a fan of the Hitchhiker Guide to the Galaxy and the Resturant at The End of the Universe books. His favorite number is 42 so having a themed party just seems the right thing. Already thought of towels and having the movie playing in the background. Any other ideas would be helpful. Thank you in advance for your ideas.
Try incorporating mice, since they feature in the book. Maybe mouse shaped invitations, or mice sweets? How about a mouse jelly sweet on the edge of wine glasses?
I’m stuck on the mice at the moment, but you could use dolphins too.

I am the most creative girl in the group of friends I have. I am always counted on when my friends have to write stories, draw pics, or make movies. Anyways that leads to my bffs wanting me to plan their birthday parties. I have done this for each of thier b-day like 3 times and the one that I just planned is at Glamour Shots were we get total make-overs and a photo-shoot and then go to the movies after. Sooo Justine wants me to plan her party on May 11. She wants something new and fun, but i dont have any ideas now.

1. What does she love? Shopping? Well then have it at the mall. Make it a scavenger hunt!
2. Her best buds. No more than 14 ppl.
3. Enough to eat and shop at a cheap place like claire’s! ($60?)
4. Split the party into two groups. Before the party go with Justine to the mall and think up the hunt. Will they have to go up to that cute guy in Abercrombie and say,”Hey cutie!”? Will they have to chug something gross? Idk. But make sure the groups meet up after and see who one! (the winners get ice cream!) Then just hang out for the rest of the day!
