party plan makeup
Hosting a makeup party?

I’m hosting a makeup party at the cosmetic store where I work, but I’m having trouble pulling everything together. I would also like to make it a regular thing, like Back to School, Holiday, etc, so any ideas you have about that would be great. I’ve never done anything like this before and I really want it to be nice. If it goes well I plan to do parties for teenagers also, so if you’ve got ideas send them my way :) Also any suggestions you’ve got for food or anything would be great too. Thanks!

When I host a make-up party, this is what I do. This should help you. I usually make a flyer for the event and send out invitations and ask for a R.S.V.P.,this way I know how much food or goodie bags to buy, ect. I set up a table, and lets say 8 girls R.S.V.P. I set up a station at the table for each Guest. Mirror,gauze,q-tips,a water bottle, kleenex, empty brown lunch bag for dicarded items, and anything else you will be using. As for the food, I put out mints in a bowl and bring drinking water bottles in a big bowl of ice. I purchase the small water bottles. Thats what I would put out for just a basic party. If it’s going to be more formal and with friends. I buy a fruit dish and a veggie dish with half sandwhiches to serve, and Ice tea or lemon-aid to drink. Make it simple. After the party is almost over, I bring out goodie treats for everyone to take. I go to the dollar store and buy little bags, try and find make-up bags. I put in a little hand mirror, and different little gadgets. Like little kleenex paks, with hand santitizer, hair pieces to keep hair out of your face, etc. Anything you find that is appropiate to the make-up party will work. It’s so much fun! Make sure you get the names and addresses and phone numbers of each attendent to send thank you cards and a follow-up. Your business will grow, if you do this, for repeat customers. As for the theme, aways make it sound fun. Like in the summer time your theme could be, “summer fun eye party”,or “lushes lips gogo party”. “Back to school make-up event, etc. Just have fun and you will be suprized how much women and girld love this. The quest will want to book a party and your business will grow. Best wishes to you!

party plan body shop
Which home party plan company is the best and why?

From this List: B’s Purses, The body Shop at Home,
Beauticontrol, Cookie Lee Jewelry, Gold Canyon Candle Company, Homemade Gourmet, Kara Vita,Spa Girl Parties, Sensaria Natural Bodycare, Silpada Designs,or Tastefully Simple.

Hi Karlee! So glad to hear you’re considering a home party plan business. I am a Silpada rep and would love to answer any questions for you! I love this company, they are absolutely fabulous from the home office, the customer and rep care support, the help and support you will get from other Silpada sisters, the huge incentives, and the commissions are probably higher than most or all of those others your are considering. Just one party a week=$900/month in your pocket! What would you do with an extra $900 a month!? And the jewelry sells itself! You do not have to be a salesperson to sell this jewelry by any means and there is absolutely no formal presentation you have to perform at your parties! Please e-mail me with some questions! I would love to chat with you about it and I have some other information I can share with you as well! I can give you a link to a couple websites to check out also. I’m interested in knowing where you are from and if you have ever seen Silpada or been to a party before? How did you hear about our great business?

party plan candles

If you think of a dining party you can feel the classy flavor that this kind of party brings. May be this is because the light from the candles and the way it shivers on the faces of the guests. Or because all the guests are close friends or relatives.Or possibly because we love to enjoy our food in the company of dear ones. So even we have no reason to throw any other type of party we can always throw a dinner party and be together. A

dinner party is different from other kind of parties so planning a dinner party will be in many ways different. We will not have so many guests. The atmosphere is more intimate, here all are close friends or relatives.

The main focus will be on the food. Many parties will be appetizers or buffets but a dinner party is a sit down dinner. You will have a guest list limited by the number of seats at your table. A good reason to throw a dinner party is to introduce a couple of friends to each other. If you want to show to your friends your cooking skills than the best way to do this is to plan a dinner party and to experiment new recipes with your friends. If your guests are good friends, if they are in good relations or if they have commune conversation subjects should be the things to take in consideration when you build your guest list. Carefully consider the supply for your dinner party! You don’t want to have a dinner party with paper plates, you can not have that at this kind of party.

A dinner party is all about style and good taste. You want your guests to feel relaxed. It is a good idea to rent everything you need if you don’t have all. Use candles. The natural light will create a warm, cozy atmosphere. Also use a good quality table cloth with matching napkins. The apace for a dinner party is very important. Until all the guests arrive you will want to serve cocktails so you will need a space for people to mingle. You must be sure that everyone at the table can sit comfortable and that they have space to move the chairs away from the table.

Take in consideration that if you have a dinner with many courses your guests will have to sit for a long period of time so after the dinner it will be a good idea to have a place where your guests can relax and digest. A living room will be a good place for that. You have to realize that from all the parties, planning a dinner party can be very easy. Just kip in mind that it is for you, as a host, to stimulate the conversation and set the mood. And relax! It is a party, have fun and enjoy it!

jewellery party plan australia

Adelaide is a city that offers you exactly the kind of holiday you want. If you feel like relaxing, you’ll find parks and gardens and spas, if you want to party, Adelaide offers pubs, club and hip joints, if it’s shopping you’re after, the city offers abundant shops, boutiques, malls and markets. Add to this the museums and galleries and intriguing culture and history and you’ll see that Adelaide has it all. Here’s how to find everything you want.

Getting a handle on Adelaide is easy as this was a planned city of spacious boulevards, lush greenery and downtown quarters with sophisticated architecture.

This means that walking is a delight. What’s more, the downtown area is surrounded by 930 hectares of parklands. So where to go first?

Culture buffs should head to Adelaide’s North Terrace, home to most of the city’s museums and libraries. North Terrace also features public memorials, universities, historic churches and also throws in a contemporary shopping experience.

For a true heritage experience, visit Port Adelaide, some 20 minutes from the city centre. Here you’ll get a glimpse of Adelaide’s rich history through the ornate old buildings, warehouses, jetties and wharves.

If you’re after great shopping, Rundle Mall is the place to go. Opening as the country’s first pedestrian street mall in 1976, Rundle Mall now features over 600 retailers.

Every Sunday from 9am to 4pm sees Rundle Street Market offering locally made jewellery, fashion, artworks, handbags and shoes.

While you’re in the area, drop over to Rundle Street East, one of Adelaide’s most happening thoroughfares packed with cafes, hotels, restaurants, small quirky shops, wine bars, and 10 cinema screens.

Whatever you do, don’t leave Adelaide without visiting the renowned historic Adelaide Central Market. Trading began here on Saturday 23 January 1869 when a group of market gardeners began hawking their produce.

Adelaide’s balmy climate makes al fresco dining a treat and the city boasts a

Mediterranean-style cafe culture. The best dining areas include Gouger Street, which leads to the Adelaide Central Market, Chinatown (which also offers a rich variety of Asia cuisine including Thai and Malaysian), and Rundle Street, in Adelaide’s East End.

If you’re a wine buff or just enjoy a glass or two, you’re in luck. Adelaide is the home of South Australia’s wine industry. The best place to sample the region’s fine selection of wines is the National Wine Centre at the end of North Terrace. Here the wine-tasting gallery and interactive displays will show you all about winemaking. Or head out into the Adelaide foothills to experience the vineyards first hand on a tasting and winery tour.

We’ve scratched the surface here and remember the seaside suburbs of Glenelg and Brighton await. But that’s for another article. To enjoy your stay in Adelaide, you have the choice of a wide array of Adelaide city hotels to suit every taste and budget. Two of the best Adelaide hotels are the Adelaide Paringa Motel and the Country Comfort Adelaide.
