party plan adelaide
I need help on how to get bookings for my jewellery party plan business in ADELAIDE i am starting up!!!?

I have been making jewellery for the past nearly 3 years and i have been told by lots of people for quite some time that i should be doing party plan to sell my jewellery. I have finally got everything together in order for me to do this but now all i need is the bookings. I am also selling 100% genuine deisgner perfumes at my parties too.

I live in ADELAIDE and would like some ideas on how to promote my parties in order for me to get bookings.

All ideas would be greatly appreciated…

Or if you live in Adelaide are interested in holding a party of finding out more, let me know…

Thanks
I can only take orders for my perfumes, i wouldn’t be able to sell them on the night as there are 1000’s on my list to sell. All i will be able to do is have a pricelist that people can order from but as for the jewellery people can pay for it and take it home on the night. How do i get a manual slider for credit card payments? Would the bank give me one since i am new in business?

Start with friends and family and ask them to invite their friends, this usually get the ball rolling for party bookings. Hand outs and flyers , letter box drops. Word of mouth. Have games before the showing ( something like tupperware) to break the ice and get clients in the mood. Have testers for the perfumes. Are you selling on the night. Do you have a merchant facility to take credit cards – manual slider or a mobile eftpos terminal for all cards. If i were you I would start with a manual slider until business picks up. Having a merchant facility will benefit you to boost your sales.

Good luck. Go Girl

party plan clothing companies
trying to find suitable party plan business?

hi there I am a mum of 2 and would really love to work as a party plan consultant, the only problem is I cant find a suitable company. I would really love to work with childrens clothing but I cannot find any companies, does anyone know of anything worth looking into?

Home Interiors is very good – they sell home decorating accessories. They have great products. PartyLite is another good one – candles & accessories.

party plan kids clothing
Places to Promote for Kids Clothing Party Plan??

I am a mum with 2 young kids ages 2 & 3 1/2 and am going to start selling kids clothing through a party plan company. Can you give Ideas of where I could promote & put flyers up to get business. The company is Australian Made & Owner. Website to have a look is www.wikidz.com.au; Any suggestions would be appreciated.

OK I’m in Australia, and I found the best info that I got about baby stuff was from my bounty bags (the ones you get from the hospital). Every pregnant lady gets 3, and we all look through them. They are great. If not, maybe flyers around health clinics, cafes, gyms, playgroups. Even the internet is good. But definately try the bounty bags.

home party plan jewelry
How would you advertise a NEW direct sales company and convince potential clients that it is a legit company??

I am looking to promote this new Jewelry company and want different ideas (Free or almost free)for advertising that send the message that this new company is NOT a scam, or fly by night company. (like so many advertisements in the online community are.) It is a legitimate company with legitimate founders.
The owner is an established entrepenuer and well known in the diamond business. They have started a Home party plan business promoting high quality fashion jewelry and I would like to find creative ways to advertise my business and build a team of women interested in working from home and being their own boss. I would love someone that is “good with words” that could help me write some catchy, fun, creative flyers signs and weblogs to help me grow my business. (?Bartering is not out of the question, either)
Thanks in advance for your help and ideas!

“The owner is an established entrepenuer and well known in the diamond business.” — Talk about the owner’s experience and time in the business… that should help relieve fears about a fly-by-night company. Also see if there are some testimonials or if you can contact some satisfied customers to get testimonials?
