visitation rights revised for 5 yr old?

I posted a question concerning my 5 yr old and wanted to give some more info to hopefully get a better answer. I live in NH and his father decided to move to San Diego to be with his Mom and Dad and his friends (he is 30). Did I mention he left his son for his friends! He would like my 5 yr old son to fly to CA for 5 weeks. Anyway he never sees him except for his birthday where I payed and planned the whole party while he got drunk at the bar in the bowling alley. He does not have a job and gives me no support. My son does not want to go for that long, but I do understand that he is his father and should see him. My son is a wonderful child and I don’t want him to end up being as selfish as his father. Or is it I who is selfish….Help me!

There are a few things missing that make this a little confusing….do you have a working custody order? Probably not since you arent getting any child support.

Go file with your state for child support so that he isn’t living it up in San Diego while you are carrying the entire financial burden of raising a child. If there is no working custody agreement in place DO NOT let him go without you. Your ex does not have to give him back to you….until you go to court….

If you really want him to go, go with him, but i would make sure it is at his fathers expense.

party plan body shop
Which home party plan company is the best and why?

From this List: B’s Purses, The body Shop at Home,
Beauticontrol, Cookie Lee Jewelry, Gold Canyon Candle Company, Homemade Gourmet, Kara Vita,Spa Girl Parties, Sensaria Natural Bodycare, Silpada Designs,or Tastefully Simple.

Hi Karlee! So glad to hear you’re considering a home party plan business. I am a Silpada rep and would love to answer any questions for you! I love this company, they are absolutely fabulous from the home office, the customer and rep care support, the help and support you will get from other Silpada sisters, the huge incentives, and the commissions are probably higher than most or all of those others your are considering. Just one party a week=$900/month in your pocket! What would you do with an extra $900 a month!? And the jewelry sells itself! You do not have to be a salesperson to sell this jewelry by any means and there is absolutely no formal presentation you have to perform at your parties! Please e-mail me with some questions! I would love to chat with you about it and I have some other information I can share with you as well! I can give you a link to a couple websites to check out also. I’m interested in knowing where you are from and if you have ever seen Silpada or been to a party before? How did you hear about our great business?
