Anyone around the spokane area, I need some info!?
I’m planning a birthday party for my 3 and 6 year old plus it’s going to be kind of a family reunion thing. I’ve searched tons of websites to find places like a pool or something along those lines to have a party at. Any ideas on where I can go around the spokane washington area or a website with a good directory? Thank you
I live in Spokane – and there are a couple of places that are great for a kids party!
Splashdown water park is the best place with a pool – they have water slides and a special area for younger kids. Fairly inexpensive at $15 per person, $12 for kids, and they can reserve picnic table for parties.

Pattisons North Roller rink is also very good, not at all weather dependent, and they also have birthday specials.

Silverwood is awesome, and would be one of the best places to throw a party – but they are almost an hour from Spokane and the cost is a bit more at around $45 per person.
Wild Waters in Coeur D Alene is about 30 minutes from the Spokane Valley, and they do have a bigger water park, with a full size pool. They are a bit more at 24.99 for adults and 19.99 for kids. Splashdown has equal slides, just no big pool.

Suggestions for a Madeline birthday party for a 5 year-old?
My girls just love Madeline and I am looking for some creative ideas for birthday party decorations. I’ve read through some blogs and am planning a Paris Madeline for my 5 year-old and a Madeline and the Gypsies for my 3 year-old. I am going to keep the food simple as there will be lots of little people. Any suggestions for cute and not-too-costly decorations would be greatly appreciated!

Can I promote a political party in my public high school?
I plan on purchasing stickers and buttons to give out on my high school campus. Is this allowed? Do I have the possibility of being expelled or even sent to jail for not having allegiance in the current ruling party of the USA (who, through our tax dollars, fund for this school)?
My school is one who does not even let us make little jokes about the President in our projects for TV Production class.
According to a recent Supreme Court case, as long as you’re not promoting illegal activity and interfering with the mission of the school, your right to free political expression inside of a public school is absolutely protected. You cannot be legally sent to jail for giving out buttons and stickers as long as they are not obscene.
